EYING: I love Frank and Eileen clothing! Their button downs and sweatshirt jackets are some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. BUYING: I bought an AI Bootcamp course. I had heard so many good things about this AI Employee Bootcamp and have now taken part in 2 of the 3 classes. It really opened my eyes to how much more AI can be doing for my team and me in our business (and in my personal life as well). I have a lot of mixed feelings about AI, but my hope is it can cover some of the busy work so my team and I can focus more on creativity!

TRYING:

Finishing up some furniture plans for a Gulf front condo renovation. The renovation got pushed back to November by the building’s HOA who wanted it to occur in the off season. FRYING: I was out of town much of this week at the Amazon Creator Summit in Scottsdale, AZ. The night before I left, my mom and brother came over for dinner. I made some of my standbys! Chicken Marsala (I don’t use a recipe, but this is very similar to how I make mine, except I do not flour my chicken) and garlic spinach with beans. My reason for sharing is to share this life hack! I order these pre-cut organic chicken cutlets every week from Whole Foods. No pounding, no slicing slippery chicken on a cutting board. This saves me so much time and grossness.
