As the weather (I think) is shifting to warmer temps I wanted to share some Spring wardrobe essentials that can be reworn for many occasions. In the Spring months, we have to worry about the temperatures ranging from cold to warm, so stocking your wardrobe with layering pieces will make it easier to dress for whatever the weather is.

2018 Spring Wardrobe Essentials

TOPS

I can’t get enough of off-the-shoulder tops. They are great for spring because you can start to show a little skin as the weather warms up. I also think ruffle details on tops are a fun way to make a simple t-shirt feel more chic and feminine – not to mention they are very figure-flattering.

SPRING PANTS ESSENTIALS

A perfect pair of ripped jeans are always a spring wardrobe staple for me. I also love spring whites, which is why a pair of white pants are a must-have and these white boyfriend jeans have an easy, relaxed fit.

Something else I adore is the look of the athleisure style. Jogger pants are the most brilliant fad since leggings and I picked these high-waist joggers because not only will they be easy to style, but the lace-up waist gives a slim silhouette.

SPRING DRESS ESSENTIALS

I think we can all agree pulling out our dresses is one of the perks of spring. I love the knotted detail of the Lush side knot dress, it reminds me of my BP twist top tee which is super figure-flattering. Another spring wardrobe staple is a simple t-shirt dress like this striped one from Old Navy. The navy stripe is preppy and nautical, but it also comes in solid black and heather grey.

SPRING SHORTS ESSENTIALS

After a long winter, it’s hard to believe that shorts weather is just around the corner! I always find a pair of cut off jean shorts to be a spring essential. But, for 2018 I’m also really digging feminine pieces like these high-waisted rose shorts with the waist tie accent. SPRING OUTERWEAR ESSENTIALS

Spring style is all about layers, so it’s amazing what a difference a few staple jackets can make. In my mind, you can never go wrong with a green utility jacket. A long cardigan is also a staple because it is lightweight so it’s perfect for layering. This cardigan is always a good choice, it was what I was wearing in my most pinned image from 2017!. And, you’ll want to grab it while you can because it was sold out all last Summer and Fall and just became available again!

SPRING SHOES ESSENTIALS

Let’s agree, Spring is officially here when you can wear open-toed shoes. It’s like finally bidding the cold weather goodbye. I’m loving strappy sandals for the 2018 Spring season. Whether it’s a platform wedge sandal (these also come in grey), or a flat slide sandal. These cream suede strappy slide on sandals also come in kelly green, bright pink, and black.

SPRING ACCESSORY ESSENTIALS
