The key to layering is making sure the base of your outfit can be worn alone when you take your layers off. This Sole Society kimono is an awesome option as an outer layer as it can easily be taken on or off and it’s perfect for spring temperatures based on its lightweight material.
I keep my booties around for transitioning between winter to spring. These block heel booties run true to size and look great paired with skinny jeans. I’m seeing my booties are currently sold out, but here a similar pair in stock.
Another layering option for spring is this poncho with fringe detailing. Not as easy and seamless to take on and off as the kimono, but it’s very cozy to wear. Depending on the weather, you could do a long or short sleeve top to layer underneath.
The booties are a great option for those who don’t like a heel. The taupe color coordinates with so many outfits.
Leopard was such a huge hit for fall and I’m still very much a fan of it. I shared a recent post on how to add pops of leopard to a workwear outfit if you wanted to look at it here and to also get a better look at my crossbody bag from the first outfit. Thanks for stopping by!
Thank you Sole Society for partnering on this post.
