Today I am sharing some pink Summer outfits that have recently been featured on my Instagram handle.  My pink Spring outfits post was well received on Pinterest so I’m hoping you guys like this one EVEN MORE.   Since I spend a lot of time on Instagram looking at my fellow blogger babes I sometimes look back at older outfits posts and get a chuckle out of what I thought looked so cute at the time.   Do you do that?   In a recent post I shared what I feel is a “no fail outfit formula” – essentially skinny jeans with heels as the base of the look.   You’ll see I stuck with my guns in this first look of my pink Summer outfits round-up:

My husband raved about this outfit.    He doesn’t usually have much to offer besides cracking a joke that I look like I’m ready for a rodeo or look like John Lennon so I will wear this again for date night.   If you don’t own nude heeled sandals like these (here is a shorter heeled pair and a block heel pair) I consider them a closet staple.   These step hem jeans are SUPER flattering and they’re mid rise (I know some of you have complained I’ve been crushing on high rise jeans too much lately :).   They have great stretch and fit true to size.

This is the inexpensive backless bra I use with backless tops and dresses.  It stays put surprisingly well.

This white cami is a great layering piece year round and it’s only $25.   I am wearing a US size 4 (the sizing is UK).

I sized up two sizes in these denim cut offs, they run small and I like a more relaxed fit.  Wearing size XS in the top (that I own in 3 colors!)

Here’s how to take your utility vest into Summer.   This utility vest is longer which I love and is good for hiding what I call “nursing nipples” :).  If you’ve ever breastfed, you know what I mean.   Smuggling peas, T.H.O., do you have a better term for this lovely phenomenon?   This casual Summer dress has pockets and is only $34.   It comes in several color choices (and a striped option as well).

This macrame tank is on SALE for only $23!  It’s a really flattering fit and can be worn with a strapless bra or a lace bralette as shown here.   After looking at this picture I’m realizing this tank might be purple. So maybe it wasn’t the best outfit for the pink Summer outfits post but I don’t want you to miss the sale 🙂
