Today I’m partnering with Walmart to share each family member’s top toy or game pick from the past year. We shopped at Walmart for almost all of our kids’ Christmas gifts as well as our Angel Tree gifts.
My brother Pete has been staying with us and got this game “answer the internet” for the holidays. You can see from the example card, they’re funny topics that strike up “off” conversations. The game is definitely more geared at guys – it’s presented by Barstool sports. It’s great for a game night in FOR ADULTS ONLY.
By far my favorite game of 2019 was The Root Beer Float challenge. It’s a game that spans the ages and is easy to learn. We play it as a family and when friends come for dinner. It’s a great way to get people off the couch and laughing. The game makes a great birthday gift, hostess gift, or snow day surprise.
I sized up in my top and wearing it in a medium for an oversized fit. It’s fleecy so I expect it will pill (like fleece does) in the wash but it’s so soft and great for lounging. My jeggings are only $12 and fit true to size. Whenever I buy dark (or “rinse” wash) denim I recommend washing it before wear because the dark dye is prone to rub off until the pants are washed a time or two. I have had awesome luck with all of the jeans I’ve purchased from Walmart.
This Batman toy was actually Mac’s Christmas gift to Cam. It’s a fully functioning remote control car and at the press of a button it transforms into a robot. It’s one of the few holiday toys that didn’t get pushed aside ?. It’s a great gift for Batman loving kiddos.
The Hot Wheels Colossal Crash Set is Mac’s favorite toy. The way the track is set up allows for multiple cars to race at once and brings the kids the excitement of that “crash factor”. I love that this toy is perfect for both of the boys to play together.
This outdoor yard game is Chris’ favorite. It’s great for kids and adults and Chris is a combination of the two. It’s simple to set up and could even be played in a basement if you’re not near by any breakables.
Thank you Walmart for partnering on this post.
