Christmas Wishlists from Gals Who Shop for a Living

Meet the Team Behind the Finds

We shop for a living — and we take that job seriously. Between new arrivals, best-sellers, and those hidden gems you need before they go viral, our team spends countless hours finding products that are truly worth it: well-rated, stylish, and in demand.

At the helm is Rachel — a 43-year-old mom of two tween boys, fashion influencer, real estate investor, and school owner. She’s the visionary behind our team and brings her signature mix of polish, practicality, and real-life experience to everything we share.

Marissa, 36, is our comfort-first queen — a mom of two who’s often in the kitchen with a toddler at her feet and a baby on her hip, proving that practical can still be chic.

Amanda, 31, is a devoted dog and cat mom deep in her “grandma hobby era,” usually balancing cozy nights with her latest home project.

Together, we bring a blend of style, perspective, and personality — but one thing we all share? A love for finding things that make everyday life feel a little easier (and a lot more stylish). And with the holidays fast approaching, we’ve rounded up our personal wishlists — the pieces we’re eyeing and hoping to unwrap this season.

Rachel’s Wishlist

Here’s the wishlist I’m sending to my husband, my two sons, and my mom — the only people I still exchange gifts with these days. The price points vary, but each of these picks feels thoughtful, practical, and perfectly “me.”

Mother/Son Journal
A keepsake I can fill out with my boys and look back on for years to come. It’s sentimental without being too precious — the kind of gift that becomes more meaningful with time.

Long Camel Coat
A timeless wardrobe staple that instantly elevates even the most casual look. I’ve been eyeing one for years, and this season feels like the perfect time to finally make it happen.

Gold Thumb Ring
My old one recently broke, so I’m asking for a replacement from a brand I already love. I have another ring from them that I never take off — it’s survived showers, workouts, and daily wear beautifully.

Personalized Khaki Apron
I cook and host often, and my current apron (a decade old!) has definitely seen better days. A fresh, personalized one feels like such a simple luxury — especially since I’m usually in it when guests arrive.

Modern Salt & Pepper Shakers
We’re big salt lovers in my house, and after years of heavy use, my current set has earned retirement. I’m drawn to a dark wood style that contrasts nicely with my white oak island.

New Mittens
My son “borrowed” my old pair for scooter rides, so I’m on the hunt for a cozy, durable pair that can handle dog walks and won’t show dirt too easily.

Battery Organizer
Nothing says “mid-40s mom in holiday mode” quite like asking for a battery organizer. But with all my candles and lights on timers, I need a better system than my current chaotic bin of batteries.

Laptop Stand & Case
My manager swears by this one, and since I love working from coffee shops and local spots with friends, I’m excited to try it for easier, more ergonomic work sessions.

No matter how many wishlists I make, the best part of the holidays is slowing down and spending time with the people I love! Keep scrolling to see what’s on Marissa’s and Amanda’s lists this year.

My wishlist this year is a mix of cozy, practical, and just-for-fun finds.

Phone Strap
I love my current phone strap, but this one will be such a fun addition to rotate in. It’s the kind of small accessory that makes everyday errands feel a little more pulled together.

Cashmere Wrap in Stone
A Rachel recommendation! I love that it’s lightweight without being too chunky — perfect for layering over just about anything this time of year.

Wool Coat
I’m in desperate need of a new winter coat, and there are so many beautiful neutral options that it’s hard to pick just one. I’m leaning toward a soft heathered taupe or a warm saville tone — timeless and versatile.

Ruffle Pillow Cover
I started sewing this year and technically think I could make this myself… but if it happens to show up under the tree, I won’t complain.

Sunday Club Subscription
I love word games and little puzzles, and this subscription looks like such a fun Sunday ritual to look forward to each week.

Wall Sconces
These caught my eye right away! I’m picturing them in our dining area or hallway — they’re battery operated, which means no hardwiring required (a huge win in my book).

Wallet
I’m not a big purse person, so I love something slim that holds my cards and attaches to my keys. Simple, functional, and exactly what I need.

Veja Sneakers
I love the brown tones on this pair — they’ll go with everything and fit right into my everyday uniform of jeans and cozy knits.

This year, my wishlist is all about comfort, tradition, and small upgrades that make everyday life a little easier — and a little prettier. Between time in the kitchen, cozy mornings with my kids, and the occasional quiet cup of coffee, these are the things I’m most excited about.

New Cooking Pans
I’ve heard such great things about this brand! I was torn between nonstick and stainless steel, so this set felt like the perfect middle ground — plus, you can buy the pieces individually if a better fit for your budget or lifestyle. Stainless | seasoned | non-stick

Meaningful Ornament
Every year my grandmother gifts me an ornament representing something I did or somewhere I traveled, and I’ve asked my husband to join me in that tradition. This year’s pick feels especially meaningful and will be such a sweet addition to our tree. I love this set of rainboot ornaments too on amazon.

Frank & Eileen Button Down
Rachel has talked up this brand for a while now, and I think it’s time I give it a try. My daily uniform is a good button down, so this feels like an investment piece I’ll live in.

Martha Stewart Book Relaunch
Of course I have to check out the relaunch of Martha’s book! She’s always been a source of inspiration for how I cook, host, and find beauty in everyday routines.

Wooden Utensils & Crock
My wooden utensils have seen better days, and since I keep them on display, I’m ready for an upgrade. I’ve also been eyeing a beautiful new crock to keep them in — practical and pretty all in one.

Photo Frame
I’ve been wanting to start displaying more family photos around the house — not on the walls, but on tables and shelves. This sweet frame is the perfect starting point.

Handmade Mug
We’re big coffee drinkers, and it’s always more fun to sip from a unique mug. This year, I’d love to find one from a small business — something with character and charm for those early mornings.

Leather LL Bean Bag
LL Bean bags are all the rage, but I’ve had mine for years and it’s ready for an upgrade. This leather version feels timeless and practical — the kind of piece that only gets better with age.

Caviar Trend
This one’s a little unexpected, but I’ve been seeing caviar everywhere lately — from dinner parties to at-home tastings — and I’m so curious to try it. It feels like such a fun, elevated trend to experiment with this season.

Wrapping It All Up

From everyday upgrades to meaningful traditions, our wishlists may look different — but they all reflect the same thing: finding joy in the little details that make home, work, and life feel special. We hope our lists spark a few ideas for your own holiday gifting (or a treat-yourself moment — we fully support that too!).
