If you have been here a while, it’s no secret I have always loved a neutral coastal palette for home decor and have built my brand around it. Even better, investing in short term rentals and selling properties at the beach has allowed me to do it time and time again.
For my personal home I love to mix high and low for a luxury feel without breaking the bank. When I am outfitting a rental, I have found pieces that serve function, style, and budget. Many of the pieces I have bought numerous times as they have served our personal home and rentals well.
